Whirlpool Electric Dryer Element Always Snapping (CEM2760KQ3)

Situation: Electric element keeps breaking at the same spot ~ apx. 1" from the return terminal. Clean break, same spot, each time.
(new element broke in that spot. replaced and second element broke in exact same spot. Doubt it would be a coincidence and do not want to purchase yet another element if too will snap.)

Side notes:
• Element is only touching ceramic holders (not touching metal)
• Connection points are solid (if connection loose, element might only 1/2 heat)
• 240 confirmed at heating element
• Other sensors seem fine via continuity test (and tested w/new parts) - no change.

Very first thing that comes to mind is air flow...

Venting system.
Lint filter. https://www.applianceaid.com/dryer-l...lter-tip-B.php
Vent hood not opening properly.
Ducts inside the dryer.
Poor drum seals.
