I was reading the article at

    WEB LINK

it mentions that 4 wire cables are available. I was wondering if it is allowed to use a single 4 wire cable to supply 2 independent circuits to the other end of the house, instead of running 2 separate cables, then at the other end of the home split it to separate cable runs in that area, it would be connected to 2 separate breakers at the panel.

That should be allowed but I don't think it would be a money saver. the four wire cable is not cheap.
